Wait for the system to boot properly, Plug out the USB cable and plug it again after 10 seconds. Try inserting USB cable in another port of your system.

All Vonia headset have inbuilt driver to support your system. Your system is not able to install drivers automatically check for your antivirus and firewall programs if they are blocking it somehow.
Check your windows system audio setting for AGC. AGC can be found in Control Panel > Sound > Recording > Microphone(USB Headset) > Custom > AGC(turn off).
Save the settings and keep microphone volume level between 20-40% for best results.
Check for the mute button or volume control wheel in your USB controller. Also check if mute is not active in windows sound setting or softphone. If problem is still there contact us.
